Follow these simple steps to create an attractive internal job posting page.
Step 1: Update Banner - Including strong visual elements that are aesthetically pleasing on your internal job posting page will help in engaging employees. TurboHire recommends using a landscape image for banners.
Step 2: Heading: Provide a short attractive phrase in the form of a heading describing what the internal job posting page is all about.
Step 3: Subheading: Provide your internal job posting page with a subheading that is short, sweet and gives a brief introduction about this page. It’s about an internal job posting description which explains about the process of how, who, what, and why to use this. We recommend explaining your internal job posting page in a transparent and interactive manner.
