How to Customise Recruitment Partner Fields?

The article summarises a simple step-by-step process to customise recruitment partners fields in the TurboHire platform.

TurboHire enables you to create custom fields based on information the organisation wants to gather on recruitment partners while adding them.

Navigate to the Recruitment Partner Custom Fields settings: 

Only Super Admins and Admins can create customised recruitment partners fields.

  1. Go to Settings > Additional fields > Recruitment Partner Custom Fields.
  2. Click on the ‘Add Recruitment Partner Field’ button to create new customised recruitment partners fields.
  3. Fill out the information that is required to set the custom fields. Information required:
    1. Field Name
    2. Field Type (Organisation can select the field type, be it single-line text or number field etc through the drop-down menu)
    3. Field Description
    4. Is Mandatory Checkbox
  4. Click on the Save button and you are done.

All the custom fields that were added here will be reflected while adding the new recruitment partner.
